Each menu can be prepared for a minimum of 15 people. For groups of fewer than 15, please contact us to find the best solution for your needs.

Possibility to customize your own menu and/or create a personalized one together (based on our menu or specific requests).

Options available for those with intolerances, allergies, vegetarian, and vegan diets.

Agra Menu – 41 CHF

◊ Appetizer with assorted local Ticinese cold cuts, mixed mountain cheeses, and homemade focaccia.

◊ Gragnano paccheri with braised beef sauce or homemade gnocchi Bolognese (one choice for all).

◊ American grape sorbet, coffee offered by the house.

 

All-You-Can-Eat Ribs Menu – 45 CHF / 53 CHF

◊ Unlimited ribs with roasted new potatoes. Water, 1 glass of wine, soft drink, or beer included. Coffee offered.

◊ OR Unlimited ribs menu with appetizer (salami, formagella cheese, and bruschetta). Water, 1 glass of wine, soft drink, or beer included. Coffee and blueberry liqueur offered.

 

Collina d’Oro Menu – 47 CHF

◊ Appetizer with assorted local Ticinese cold cuts, bruschetta with lard and honey, homemade pizza, and focaccia.

◊ Merlot risotto with luganighetta sausage or saffron or thyme with balsamic reduction (one choice for all).

◊ Raspberry panna cotta, coffee offered by the house.

 

Montagnola Menu – CHF 52 / CHF 54 / CHF 56

◊ Mixed salad and venison salami with mature goat Büscion cheese.

◊ Pork cheeks with merlot and polenta or beef braised in merlot with polenta or veal osso buco.

◊ Homemade jam tart, coffee offered by the house.

 

Grill Menu – 57 CHF / 66 CHF

◊ Luganiga sausage on bruschetta with caramelized onion, cow Büscion mousse from Alpe Bonello, and local cured coppa.

◊ Pork ribs (500g) with roasted new potatoes and salad or mixed grill (chicken, ribs, lamb chops, and luganiga) with roasted new potatoes and salad.

◊ Tiramisu, coffee offered by the house.

 

Lake Lugano Menu – 61 CHF

◊ Smoked lake fish duo with St. Gotthard butter curls and grandfather’s bread croutons.

◊ Steamed pike-perch fillet with cherry tomatoes and thyme, salad bouquet, and roasted new potatoes or whitefish in a crust of nuts (depending on the catch).

◊ Lemon prosecco sorbet, coffee offered by the house.

 

Figini Menu – 79 CHF

◊ Appetizer with assorted local Ticinese cold cuts, mountain cheeses, caramelized onion with cow Büscion mousse, homemade pizza, and focaccia.

◊ Homemade tagliatelle with porcini mushroom sauce and Parmesan shavings or homemade gnocchi with porcini, speck, luganiga, and salted ricotta.

◊ Premium Selection horse fillet tagliata (200g) with butter, sage, and garlic with roasted new potatoes.

◊ Vanilla ice cream with warm berries, coffee offered by the house.

 

Wild Game Menu – 85 CHF

◊ Venison salami, dried deer meat, and seared duck foie gras with brioche bread.

◊ Wild boar risotto with Granato shavings.

◊ Grilled wild game trio (venison racks and rump, wild boar fillet) with caramelized chestnuts, red wine pear, balsamic berry jam, and red new potatoes.

◊ Soft apple cake with dried fruit, coffee offered by the house.
