The raw materials are carefully selected and prepared in house, following the seasonality.

La Griglia

Located next to the outdoor veranda and facing our historic wine cellars, our beechwood charcoal grill is at the heart of the Grotto Figini experience. We primarily grill Swiss meat, carefully selected for quality and flavor.

Our specialties include pork ribs, beef fillets, homemade Ticinese sausages (luganighe), spring chickens, mixed grills, frenched lamb chops, as well as Swiss rib steaks and T-bone steaks (subject to availability). These grilled specialties, along with many other dishes, are among the signature highlights of Grotto Figini.
